From teaching life-saving swim skills to mentoring your crew, you’ll ensure every Little Fish enjoys a fun, safe, and productive learning experience. What We're Looking For: Experience leading and motivating teams A customer-first mindset with great relationship-building skills Strong organisational skills to manage a dynamic environment A passion for growth — both yours and your team's A proactive, adaptable approach to new challenges What You’ll Need to Dive In: Blue Card (Working with Children Check CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain) Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety Qualification (or is willing to obtain one) A customer-focused, engaging personality with top-notch communication skills Someone who loves kids , embraces creativity , and wants to make a real impact Flexibility to work one weekend shift Why This Launch is Special: Fish N Flips Morayfield is more than just a swim school — it's a community hub where imagination, safety, and play collide!
