We provide 134 local government entities with workers compensation insurance solutions, safety and wellbeing services and are trusted as their workforce risk and wellbeing experts for their 38,000 workers. About the role We are excited to have a vacancy for a Business Process Lead. Initially for a fixed term with an opportunity to move into a permanent appointment at a later stage, this role will see you identify, support and drive business improvement initiatives from concept through to completion using consistent, well-constructed and collaborative approaches. Working in our PMO alongside a highly skilled and professional team, you will thrive on taking people on a journey, helping them to identify "what good looks like", challenging thoughts and exploring possibilities for new ways of working that improve operational effectiveness and efficiency in a measurable way. This role will be key to helping our business reach its potential and includes a strong change management focus. About you You will be skilled at assessing and summarising current states, gathering and analysing business data, scoping, eliciting and documenting business requirements, designing future state processes and driving decisions from evidence-based recommendations. You can demonstrate prior experience in a similar role working on change and transformation projects using a disciplined approach and methods. Ideally you will be tertiary qualified in business, project or change management with training or qualifications in Lean methodology. You will come well equipped with a technical skill set which includes capability in process mapping, data analysis, modelling and presentation skills.
