About The Role: The Systems Administration Officer provides guidance and support to users of the corporate systems and maintains system configuration. The role assists in the daily duties of managing the Department of Finance’s (Finance) document/records management system. About You: The ideal candidate will have experience in managing, monitoring and maintaining a documents/records management system. The role requires a strong work ethic including being able to work independently and as part of a team. You will use your well-developed communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills to provide guidance and support to users, deliver quality outcomes and organisational goals. The position operates in Personal Leadership context. This means that you are required to demonstrate personal accountability for delivering excellence and support your team and agency in delivering strategic goals. You will be expected to build and nurture relationships and be willing to seek feedback and learn.
