Job Description
Philip Riley is looking for a System Analyst to join the team in QLD. Duties: Investigate and evaluate inefficiencies and system functionality. Interact professionally with team members and customers. Investigate systems resource usage in various environments using performance testing and tuning methodologies. Apply audit and forecasting methodologies to ensure minimal impact on business operations. Analyze, assess, and discuss new functionalities, enhancements, and change requests with the client and our development team. Communicate with the development team to discuss solutions to identified problems. Skills Required: Proficiency with computer applications. Ability to identify and analyze business needs. Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines. Good time management skills for coordination of multiple tasks. Customer service oriented. Strong communication skills. Demonstrated experience in analysis and design of large-scale complex ICT systems. Proven experience as a Systems Analyst.
