We are now seeking a System Support Analyst to join the Health Partners ICT Team to support our custom built business applications! Ideally full time, part time may be considered. About the role With a key focus on system support and development within our Private Health Insurance space, the System Support Analyst will provide day to day support to the end users of the Health Fund and other related systems. This role focuses on collaborating with internal stakeholders and external developers to implement necessary business application changes and resolve any support issues. This role focusses on delivering the business functionality required by stakeholders and not the Microsoft PC or server engineering aspects. Key responsibilities: Providing system support to end users through investigating and resolving system issues. Investigation, documenting and testing custom system change requests. Working in conjunction with external software suppliers and the broader ICT Team. Managing and following up support requests and escalating issues as required. Liaising with key stakeholders including external software suppliers. Maintenance of system administration parameters. Participating in system development and initiatives and coordinating user testing. About you To be successful in this role, you will have: Experience working in an IT System Support role by supporting change to business applications as a systems analyst, business analyst or other business support role liaising with IT. Knowledge related to working within the Health Insurance Industry (desirable). Understanding of the Systems Development Lifecycle. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to think broadly. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong relationship management and stakeholder management skills. High level attention to detail. Ability to prioritise workload and work to tight deadlines. What’s on offer?
