System Support - Correspondence and Records Management Reference: 6L422D39 External Vacancy – Open to Everyone Business Unit: Chief Operating Office Location: Adelaide Salary Range: $85,790 - $95,413 Classification: ASO500 Duration: Up to 2 Years Closing Date: 13 Feb 2025 Role Highlights Supporting automated business processes using an EDRMS. Contributing to paperless business processes across DPC. Working in a team with exposure to the whole department. Provision of first level customer support and advice to all levels of staff on the use of the EDRMS and its workflow and digital business solutions. Conducting business analysis to assist with business process improvement. Collaborating with the EDRMS Team (Business Operations) to continuously identify, refine and improve ministerial and departmental correspondence solutions. Reviewing and delivering training on the use of the EDRMS, incorporating correspondence process and records management requirements to new staff, and refresher training where required. Backing up the Senior Information Management EDRMS Officer in the provision of coordinating the Correspondence Team to ensure the consistent delivery of correspondence related services, including the quality checking of correspondence received by and within the Department through the use of electronic workflow processes and business rules. Backing up the Senior Information Management EDRMS Officer in the provision of coordinating the Correspondence Team to provide up-to-date, accurate and timely advice to DPC and client agencies on correspondence processes and records management queries. Provision of accurate and timely reporting of system related reviews, audits as well as correspondence, both on a regular and ad hoc basis to executives and staff. Contributing to the development and maintenance of records, information management, correspondence related policies, procedures, guidelines and templates. Undertaking and contributing to records management archiving program and other projects as directed by the Team Leader, Records Management and/or the Manager, Business Services. Special Conditions The Incumbent will be required to participate in the department's Performance Management Program. The Incumbent may be assigned to another position at this remuneration level or equivalent. Some work outside of normal hours may be required. This role requires a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check. The incumbent will be required to be part of a roster working 8.00am to 5.00pm.
