About the role: We are looking for a Systems Analyst with strong experience in the Microsoft Power Platform / Dynamics 365 ecosystem. In this role, you will collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, map processes, and design solutions that align with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will be analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about optimizing workflows to drive business value. Key Responsibilities: Gather and Analyse Requirements: Work closely with business teams to understand and document requirements, ensuring alignment between stakeholder needs, strategic goals, and system capabilities. Map and Improve Processes: Collaborate with teams to visualize current workflows and propose enhancements that leverage the Power Platform and Dynamics 365. Design and Document Solutions: Translate business needs into functional specifications and work alongside developers and architects to deliver scalable, robust solutions. Facilitate Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and business units, maintaining clear communication and fostering shared understanding. Support Testing and Validation: Coordinate system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure test cases align with functional requirements and documentation. Maintain Comprehensive Documentation: Create and update detailed records of requirements, workflows, and system changes to support ongoing operations and future initiatives. Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance processes and user experiences, championing best practices within the Power Platform ecosystem. Requirements: Business Analysis Expertise: Proven experience in requirement gathering, process mapping, and functional specification development. Power Platform & Microsoft Stack Knowledge: Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform and related stack, including capabilities, constraints, and best practices. Stakeholder Management: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams. Problem-Solving Skills: Analytical mindset with the ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and ensure their successful implementation. Attention to Detail: Commitment to accuracy and thoroughness in both documentation and solution design. Adaptability: Comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously and adjusting to shifting priorities. Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and other project management frameworks. Governance, Security, and Compliance: Awareness of enterprise-level governance, security, and compliance considerations.
