Your New Role We have opportunities for Systems Engineers with defence industry experience in maritime. You will utilise your engineering skills to work across the full systems engineering lifecycle; in areas such as design, requirements, V&V and more. These roles are within the Maritime Capability segment and involve delivering specialist services to clients in engagements that develop and support Capability for Navy. Required skills and attributes include: A Bachelor or equivalent level qualification in Engineering This role is well-suited to those with 2-5 years experience looking to develop their experiences. You will have experience in delivering systems engineering services in the Defence Maritime environment within the One Defence Capability System. Experience working within the Defence Maritime environment An active NV1 AGSVA Security Clearance (or higher) Comfortable working with ambiguity and complexity, including within sensitive environments. Effective communication skills and proven ability to deliver high-quality written products High level of emotional intelligence and a humanistic approach to everything you do Desirable skills (not mandatory): Experience in developing engineering policy/processes Experience in authoring Defence Capability definition artefacts Experience in system integration/combat and weapons systems Experience in providing ILS support/management What's In It For You Join a team that values diversity of thought and experience.
