Role Overview: This multifaceted role covers both systems engineering and product integration engineering, providing technical stakeholder support to meet business needs. The successful candidate will schedule, coordinate, and deliver system design, product integration, and new product introductions. They will also provide technical support for tender preparation, develop custom system solutions, and enhance existing systems. Key Responsibilities: Schedule, coordinate, and deliver system design and product integration, including assistance with testing and commissioning of new equipment. Coordinate and deliver new product introductions, working with engineering and production staff to ensure successful pilot and production launches. Inform relevant personnel of changes to design and/or scope that may impact deadlines, workloads, or team/project assignments. Provide technical support and input for tender preparation. Develop custom system solutions in response to stakeholder requirements, and respond to technical sales queries (e.g., solar sizing, mechanical interfaces, electrical parameters). Develop existing systems by analyzing and identifying areas for modification. Maintain and improve systems by monitoring, identifying, and correcting system and/or product defects. Requirements: Proven experience in end-to-end design of products or projects. Ability to read and understand electronic and mechanical documentation. Experience in 2D drafting packages. Experience in electrical compliance verification or testing. Preferred Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
