My client is seeking a strong Systems Implementation - Project Manager to lead and deliver the implementation of their planning tool (part of the SAP package).You will oversee the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design, to development, testing, and deployment to ensure the tool implementation meets the requirements.You will be responsible for leading the following deliverables, including (but not limited to): Lead the planning and execution of the planning tool project, including project scope, goals, timeline, and deliverables. Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for the implementation team. Develop and maintain a project plan, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget. Serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, the implementation team (external vendor), and the Technology team. Regularly update stakeholders on project status, challenges, and risk management plans. Identify potential risks or issues early in the project lifecycle and take proactive steps to mitigate them. Ensure the planning tool meets the business’ quality standards through thorough testing and validation. Oversee (with the Technology team) the testing phase, ensuring any defects are resolved promptly. Coordinate the training of users on the new Planning tool. Provide post-implementation support. The successful candidate must be: CPA/CA qualified. 5-7 years within commercial finance. Extensive Project Management experience. SAP, Business Warehouse, and Power BI experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
