Add expected salary to your profile for insights Reporting to the National WHSEQ Manager with secondary reporting to the Chief Risk and Compliance Officer, your primary responsibility will be to assist the business to develop new processes as necessary, implement and review the Company’s Integrated Business Management System (BMS) with a focus on quality management. This role will also create business processes simple and easy to use for internal customers reflecting the Company’s values and enhance external customer’s experience. Responsibilities of the role will include, but are not limited to: Systems and Compliance / Operational Responsibilities Develop, review and constantly improve the BMS with focus on WHSEQ management across projects. Work with WHSEQ Compliance Lead to ensure changes in BMS and new systems comply with legislative requirements and Company accreditations. Provide expert advice to business regarding best practice for quality management. Reporting and analysing statistics regarding the use of existing controls and effectiveness of controls. Support in project planning and lessons learned meetings for significant projects. Leadership and Mentoring Provide leadership, mentoring and support to Managers regarding implementation of Company systems including appropriate change management. Coach, support, and foster a positive culture in business which is consistent with Company values. Work with external customers to ensure the BMS enhances the customer experience and assist the business to obtain and analyse customer feedback. About You: Diploma in Quality Management or equivalent. Strong communication skills including the ability to collaborate with others. Strong work ethic and a can-do attitude. Current Australian Driver’s License. Certificate IV or greater in Work Health and Safety (desirable). Previous experience in the building and construction industry (desirable).
