HR Partners are proud to be partnering with a global logistics organisation renowned for its innovation and excellence. With operations spanning multiple regions, this company is experiencing an exciting period of growth and is looking for a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team on a 6-month Fixed Term Contract (FTC). About the Role: Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting the business by managing the end-to-end recruitment process. From job briefs to onboarding, you’ll ensure the business has the right talent to meet its operational needs. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for both blue-collar and white-collar roles. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide expert advice on talent strategies. Proactively source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other channels. Use applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines (SAP experience desirable). Conduct interviews, shortlist candidates, and support onboarding processes. Maintain strong communication with internal stakeholders to ensure recruitment needs are met efficiently. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally in high-volume hiring environments. Experience recruiting for blue-collar and white-collar roles. Familiarity with SAP or similar ATS platforms is a plus. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
