$130K+ OTE | $60K - $64K BASE + UNCAPPED COMMS This company is a top-tier Australian Energy brand that has been established for over 5 years. They are listed as 1 of 7 certified leaders in the accredited provider segment out of hundreds of other retailers. The products that this brand leads the Australian market in are HVAC within the abatement market for both Air Conditioning and Hot Water Heat Pumps to homeowners and facility owners. This position is within their Air Conditioning segment. They hold a major accredited license compared to any other HVAC or solar retailer in this space, putting them at the forefront of development and compliance. Additionally, they are an OEM manufacturer of their own products, which is a rare aspect and makes this brand the full package. The role: This role is within their Sales team at the office located in Richmond. All customer leads are inbound, so your primary responsibility is to consult with the customer and win the sale. Everything is done via phone or video with customers. All leads provided via inbound channels Customer leads are warm from new inquiries Consulting with customers over the phone or video Air Conditioning / HVAC is the key product you're selling Closing sales with customers from consultations Selling and promoting other residential products and solutions Full support from management with training, mentoring & development Customers you're dealing with are residential & domestic clients Office located in Richmond Earning clear-cut commission % monthly on top of your weekly salary Major benefits and key differences: Real OTE varying from $120K - $150K Base salary $60,000 - $64,000 + super + commissions A heavy-handed commission structure paid monthly Clear-cut % paid monthly on revenue & gross profit A business holding a 1 in 7 accreditation license out of hundreds of retailers Genuine mentoring, training, and development within A conscious, modern brand with smart leaders Genuine career path to grow & promote within the company Incredible backend processes and procedures A business with multiple offerings and subsidiaries in the market including Resi, C&I, and Energy Efficiency certificate trading Experience necessary for this job: To be considered for this role, you will ideally have a history in sales and experience dealing with customers or inquiries to close sales or sell a product.
