TSPV Security Clearance - Business Analyst Paxus Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, Australia We are seeking a TSPV-cleared Business Analyst to support a highly classified government project in Canberra . This role involves requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement within a secure cloud-based environment . If you have experience working in Defence, Intelligence, or a high-security government setting , this is a rare opportunity to contribute to a mission-critical project . Key Responsibilities Requirements Gathering & Analysis - Work closely with stakeholders to define business needs. Process Mapping & Documentation - Create AS-IS & TO-BE workflows using BPMN, UML . User Stories & Agile Delivery - Develop documentation in JIRA, Confluence and work within an Agile team . Stakeholder Engagement - Collaborate with solution architects, cybersecurity teams, and government clients. Security & Compliance - Ensure solutions align with Defence & Intelligence security frameworks . About You TSPV Clearance - Must be active (non-negotiable). 1+ Year of Business Analyst Experience - Ideally in Defence, ASD, or Government . Agile & Process Mapping Expertise - BPMN, UML, JIRA, Confluence. Experience in Secure Cloud or Cybersecurity Environments (Highly Regarded). Excellent Communication & Stakeholder Management Skills .
