TSPV - Senior Network Communications Specialist SFIA6 (JO-2502-14837) Location: Canberra, Australia TSPV - Network Communications Technical Specialist – Senior Level Are you an experienced Network Communications Technical Specialist with a strong background in ICT strategy, network design, and stakeholder management? We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the development of complex system architectures, manage risk, and provide expert advice on technical challenges. This is an onsite role in Canberra requiring a TSPV clearance and participation in an Organisational Suitability Assessment (OSA). Key Responsibilities: Develop ICT strategy, network specifications, and system architectures to align with strategic objectives. Provide expert technical advice, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure successful project outcomes. Oversee risk management, project deliverables, and negotiations with internal and external stakeholders. Represent the organisation at senior defence committees and international partner meetings. Key Requirements: Demonstrated experience leading the development of architectures for complex systems (ARCH 6). Expertise in emerging technologies and creating technology roadmaps (EMRG 6). Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills (RLMT 6). Proven ability to manage risk and ensure compliance with industry standards (BURM 6). Location: Canberra.Contract Duration: 12 months with 2 x 12-month extension options.Security Clearance: Due to the nature of this environment, candidates are required to have a TSPV clearance to perform this role. This position is open to Australian citizens with a valid security clearance due to role requirements.
