TSPV - Service Desk Analyst (JO-2503-14885) Location: Canberra, Australia Service Desk Analyst – IT Support | Onsite | TSPV Clearance Required Are you an experienced Service Desk Analyst looking for an exciting opportunity in a highly secure environment? We are seeking a skilled professional to provide ICT help desk support, respond to service requests, and assist in the maintenance of critical IT systems. This role involves working with cutting-edge technology, ensuring system reliability, and delivering high-quality support to end users.Key Responsibilities: Provide first-line investigation, diagnosis, and resolution of IT support requests. Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of applications and IT equipment. Develop and maintain technical documentation and support procedures. Communicate service issues effectively and escalate unresolved problems when necessary. Key Requirements: Experience handling ICT support requests and troubleshooting system issues. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate and diagnose incidents. Ability to build effective working relationships and communicate technical concepts clearly. Willingness to undergo an Organisational Suitability Assessment (OSA) and hold a current TSPV clearance. Experience Level: APS5 equivalent Contract Duration: 12 months with 2 x 12-month extension options. Security Clearance: Due to the nature of this environment, candidates are required to have a TSPV clearance to perform this role. This position is open to Australian citizens with a valid security clearance due to role requirements.
