About the Role: Redland are seeking an experienced and hardworking individual to fulfill the role of Assistant Manager for our Table Grapes Vineyard at Infinity Farms in beautiful Coomealla. This role will work very closely with the Manager by assisting to manage agronomic processes, mentoring staff, ensuring workplace safety, and overseeing orchard administration. The role will focus on maintaining high-quality production, fostering leadership within the team, and ensuring compliance with environmental, safety and quality standards.This position will require a combination of technical expertise, leadership ability, and hands-on involvement in daily operations. Primary responsibilities will include maximising production quality through effective pest/disease control, fertigation, and nutrition programs, budgeting, cost control, reporting, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' experience in vineyard management (or similar) and possess qualifications in Horticulture, Agriculture or Agribusiness. Competence in using farm-specific applications like Safe Ag Systems, Grow Data, and other relevant software for record-keeping and administration will also be a key strength. Success in the role will require the capacity to work well with others, convey information clearly, concisely, and effectively to different audiences and collaborate toward common goals.
