We have a 12-month fixed term contract opportunity for a full-time Talent Acquisition Advisor to come on board and manage our Risk portfolio. This is a niche portfolio requiring your specialised knowledge of the banking and financial services market. With previous experience sourcing Risk talent from either an in-house, RPO, or agency environment you’ll be the expert in talent acquisition strategies in this space. Partnering closely with your stakeholder groups you’ll be given autonomy and ownership to manage your portfolio to source and secure top quality Risk talent, as well as delivering premium customer service. You’ll have demonstrated capabilities sourcing hard to fill roles using talent pools, Seek Talent search, LinkedIn Recruiter or other innovative proactive practices. Previous experience using PageUp would be amazing but is not essential. This role can be based in any one of our office locations in Melbourne, Brisbane, Bendigo, or Adelaide. We offer flexible work options that put our people first, and a hybrid model with a minimum requirement of 40% of your time per week in the office, increasing to 60% as of July 2025. What you’ll bring to the role A relevant degree level or qualification with a preference for HR or Business discipline is preferred but not required Demonstrated experience in Banking and Finance talent acquisition Expertise in sourcing via all channels including proactive strategies Proven ability to promote an authentic employee value proposition Ability to deliver a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience So, why work with us?
