The Role We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Talent Acquisition Manager and HR Generalist to join our People & Culture team. Reporting to the CFO, this role is critical in driving recruitment excellence while contributing to broader HR initiatives. You will lead the end-to-end recruitment process, develop talent attraction strategies, and play a pivotal role in shaping our employer branding and fostering a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion. You’ll also act as a trusted advisor, managing HR operations, employee relations, and engagement initiatives to ensure a positive and compliant workplace experience. Key Responsibilities Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring an efficient and seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers. Develop and execute innovative talent attraction strategies, leveraging job boards, social media, and proactive sourcing. Collaborate with business leaders to align recruitment efforts with organisational goals and build strong talent pipelines. Drive employer branding initiatives to position ELB as an employer of choice while embedding DEI principles. Manage HR generalist functions, including onboarding, policy development, employee relations, and engagement initiatives. Provide data-driven insights to optimise recruitment and HR processes. About You Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. Certifications such as AHRI or SHRM are highly regarded. Experience : 2–5 years of experience in talent acquisition and/or HR generalist roles. Skills :Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment with strong talent attraction capabilities. Knowledge of Australian employment laws and Fair Work regulations. Proficiency in HRIS and ATS platforms. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
