Key purpose of this role As Talent Acquisition Brand Enablement Lead, you will be responsible for driving a People Centric talent experience (PX) through bringing to life our AGL EVP, positively influencing the AGL brand as an Employer of Choice and showcasing our Diverse and Inclusive culture. Some of the things you'll be doing Evolve our talent brand strategy for AGL to attract the right talent to achieve business success. Monitor and grow our brand presence across social platforms and job boards. Collaborate with Marketing, Corporate Communications and the Talent Acquisition Team to create and leverage consistent go to market content and messaging. Work with leaders and broader Talent Acquisition to create and embed segmented EVPs. Take ownership of our AGL Careers Site – ensuring we are building and maintaining meaningful content for talent to engage with. Collaborate with our Enterprise D&I Team to showcase AGL D&I initiatives. Monitor ROI on EVP and D&I initiatives as they relate to Talent Acquisition. You will also demonstrate the following: Prior marketing, brand, and social media experience (preferably within Talent Acquisition). Demonstrated ability to deliver targeted recruitment marketing, social media, and employee value proposition building strategies. A natural storyteller with excellent narration and writing skills.
