About the Role: Our client, a multinational leader in their field, is currently looking for an experienced Technical Talent Acquisition Consultant to join the team on a temporary basis. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, screening, interviewing, and recommending candidates across all levels, from entry-level to senior management. This is an exciting opportunity for an adaptable and skilled technical recruiter to contribute to this dynamic and fast-paced organisation. You will be joining an established team of 10 and work in a hybrid environment post-initial training: 2 days Northern Subs + 1 day CBD. Key Responsibilities: Source, recruit, and screen external and internal candidates for a wide variety of roles, including entry-level, professional/technical, IT, support staff, and management positions. Conduct interviews and provide recommendations based on candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Maintain accurate, detailed, and up-to-date records throughout all stages of the recruitment process. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and assist with recruitment compliance reporting as necessary. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. Provide timely updates and reports on the recruitment pipeline and candidate progress. Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Assist with the onboarding process for successful candidates. Key Qualifications: Proven experience in talent acquisition recruitment, with the ability to manage a diverse range of roles across different levels. Strong experience in recruiting for technical roles such as Engineers, Technicians, as well as support staff, and management positions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike. Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously. High attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and reporting. Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements in recruitment is highly desirable. Experience using Workday would be an advantage.
