As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and selecting top talent to join our client-facing and corporate services teams. Partnering closely with internal stakeholders, you’ll leverage your expertise in recruitment strategies, employer branding, and talent management to drive hiring and workforce success. This role manages talent acquisition for the Strategy & Transformation practice (client services). It doesn’t have any direct reports. In this role, you will create value by: Collaborating with hiring managers (and other stakeholders) to understand workforce needs and developing tailored recruitment strategies. Proactively sourcing and building talent pools and qualified candidate pipelines. Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from job brief through to offer negotiation and onboarding. Building and maintaining relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience at every touchpoint. Advising stakeholders on market trends, best practices, and innovative go-to-market strategies. Staying updated on industry trends and emerging recruitment tactics to continuously improve processes. You will bring to the role: Proven experience in recruitment / talent acquisition, either obtained within recruitment agency or an internal function. Experience in recruitment planning and strategy, employer branding, compliance, advisory, and with various tools and technologies within a consulting / professional services environment, would be advantageous. Solid understanding of sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methodologies. Known for your proactiveness and initiative, and love operating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities.
