About the role As the Talent Manager at Mamamia, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing talent management and coordination while providing strategic support to our commercial team. Your expertise will help us select the right talent for campaigns, ensuring that we meet client objectives and deliver exceptional results. Here's some of the stuff you can expect to be doing if you join us: Partner with the Commercial team to provide strategic talent recommendations that align with client objectives and campaign requirements Support the Influencer Executive in triaging and prioritizing talent requests from the commercial team Provide data-driven insights on talent performance to inform commercial recommendations Maintain and enhance the talent database, ensuring all details, rates, categories, and performance metrics are consistently up-to-date Collaborate with Editorial to expand the Mamamia talent bench by identifying new potential talent Assist in structuring talent pricing and rate negotiations Oversee talent usage rights and compliance with exclusivity periods Monitor and analyze campaign performance to ensure compliance with influencer marketing regulations Now, a bit about you Proven experience (3+ years) in talent management or influencer marketing, ideally within a digital or social media agency setting Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both internal talent and external influencers Experience in briefing talent with clear deliverables and timelines, ensuring timely and high-quality content execution Analytical mindset with experience in campaign performance tracking and providing actionable insights to optimize results Ability to manage multiple talent relationships and campaigns simultaneously while ensuring attention to detail and on-time delivery Knowledge of talent usage rights, contracts, and compliance, with a focus on preventing unexpected fee requests and ensuring profitability Life at Mamamia We're fast-paced and innovative, with a collaborative culture when it comes to industry-leading strategies and ideas.
