Case Mix Brooksville Case Mix: General, Endo, Urology, Podiatry, Plastics, Total Joint, Ortho, Neuro, GYN, Vascular, Thoracic, ENT Spring Hill Case Mix: General, Thoracic, Vascular, ENT, Ortho, Plastics, Radiology, Urology, Labor Epidurals, C-Sections FESC Case Mix: General, Endo, GYN, Ophthalmology, Ortho, Pain, Plastics, Podiatry, Urology Providers will work between the 3 facilities! Compensation Package Compensation: $121.15/hr (based on a 50 hour work week working five 10's) = $314,990 Annually PTO: 8 weeks Sign-On Bonus: $75,000 for a 3-year commitment Call Pay Offered!
