The successful applicant will have a strong understanding of how intellectual disabilities impact student learning and demonstrate the ability to differentiate curriculum and pedagogy to meet the needs of complex learners. Prior experience in a Special School setting, either as a teacher or teacher aide, is essential. Our school fosters a highly supportive culture, providing new teachers with access to Sector Leaders, Literacy and Communication Coaches, the Head of Curriculum, and targeted professional development opportunities.
