School Address: LOCKED BAG 1001 Byford WA 6122 Position Details Primary School Teacher (Year 5) Salvado Catholic College is seeking suitably qualified and enthusiastic Primary teachers interested in applying for the full-time position, teaching Year 5 students, commencing in 2025. This is a fixed term role for 6 months, with a possibility of extending to 12 months. We welcome applications from teachers at all stages of their career. Salvado Catholic College is a growing coeducational Catholic College in Byford that commenced in 2016. The College patron, Dom Rosendo Salvado, was an inspirational missionary, educator, Bishop, and pioneer colonist who founded the community of New Norcia. The motto “Peace, Justice, Compassion” directly reflects Salvado’s life work and what we all aspire to in our Catholic College community. In 2025, we have over 900 students from Pre-Kindergarten to Year 11. The College will continue to grow to reach its ultimate capacity as a Pre-Kindergarten to Year 12 College, with the first cohort of Year 12 students graduating in 2026. The Salvado Catholic College community enjoys a strong relationship with the St Francis Xavier Armadale Parish and promotes engagement with families within the Salvado Catholic College community to further enhance a positive home/school partnership.
