Your opportunity to shine as a Teaching Lead at Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ)! ABOUT THE ROLE Join our Education team as a part-time Teaching Lead. In this critical role, you will contribute your subject matter expertise to the development of future Chartered Accountants, ensuring our CA Program and other education programs meet the highest standards. You will deliver engaging teaching activities, provide subject-specific advice and mentoring, and collaborate closely with other teams to achieve our strategic objectives. Ideally, you will have subject matter expertise in Australian Tax along with expertise in other subjects such as business performance, risk, and more, and/or the willingness to upskill in these areas. Working with exceptional talent at CA ANZ, you will: Contribute to assessment and learning materials aligned to learning outcomes. Teach and facilitate learning for the CA Program and other education programs. Mark assessments and generate ideas for innovating the learner experience. Maintain relationships with CA members, employers, industry groups, universities, and government bodies. Foster a scholarly culture through research, presentations, and industry engagement. ABOUT YOU We are looking for passionate and experienced Chartered Accountants with a minimum of 5 years in business or professional practice. You should have expertise in at least two technical areas such as Tax and data, or Business and strategy. Experience in teaching and learning design, development, and delivery at the undergraduate and/or postgraduate level is highly valued. You should possess exceptional stakeholder management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive, collaborative approach.
