Are you a natural leader with a passion for supporting mental health initiatives? IMPACT Community Services is seeking a dedicated Team Leader – Mental Health to oversee our dynamic Mental Health Programs, including Community Access, Community Navigators, HERE, Commonwealth Psychosocial Support, and the Group-Based Peer Recovery Support Program. Reporting to the Manager of Mental Health, this pivotal role is responsible for mentoring and guiding staff, ensuring compliance with guidelines and performance metrics, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Located on-site (this role is not home-based), you will play a vital role in shaping our mental health services and enhancing community wellbeing. To make a difference in this role, you will have experience in the following: Leading and mentoring teams, including conducting performance development reviews. Coordinating resources, managing compliance, and ensuring alignment with operational guidelines. Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders internally and externally. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, coupled with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Holding or working towards a Certificate IV in Community Services, Mental Health, or a similar qualification.
