We’re seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to lead a multi-disciplinary allied health team, delivering high-quality care to aged care clients on the Sunshine Coast. This full-time role is based at our Maroochydore office (with hybrid flexibility to also work from home) and the opportunity to drive positive outcomes through evidence-based care, intake, assessment, and therapeutic intervention. About the Role Reporting to the Clinical Services Manager, you will: Lead, support, and guide a team of allied health professionals. Provide clinical supervision, training, and team development. Deliver allied health services across Home Care Packages, Commonwealth Home Support Program, and Short-Term Restorative Care. Lead team meetings and multidisciplinary case discussions. Ensure clinical excellence, evidence-based care, and quality service delivery. Drive operational improvements and quality assurance. Key Requirements Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy with AHPRA registration (or equivalent). Advanced allied health skills with experience in Community Aged Care. Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, supervise staff, and manage clinical risk. Experience in continuous improvement and service development. Strong communication skills with the ability to build trusting relationships across clinicians, managers, and community members.
