The Role: As the Team Leader of the Financial Wellbeing and Capability (FWC) programs, you will be responsible for implementing, leading, and integrating the programs to achieve their objectives. Your focus will be on ensuring consistent participant experience and support across all sites, as well as implementing best practice frameworks. A varied role involving outreach work in remote communities, travelling by light aircraft, with some overnight stays.
