Lead and supervise a team to deliver outstanding service Train, mentor and develop team members to achieve operational goals Uphold compliance with Hungry Jacks' operational and safety standards Ensure adherence to company policies, including Food Safety and WHS requirements Manage inventory and stock control, assisting in efficient day-to-day operations Provide exceptional customer service, resolving guest issues professionally More about you Previous team leader or supervisory experience in fast food restaurant is essential A passion for hospitality, with a customer-focused and self-motivated attitude The ability to work autonomously in a high-pressure setting Strong communication skills and a commitment to fostering a positive team culture Flexibility to work shifts across a 7-day rotating roster Food Safety Certificate Familiarity with Hungry Jacks’ cultural pillars Who we are Perth Airport has been a pivotal hub for travelers in Western Australia since its establishment.
