About The Role We have an opportunity for a motivated, passionate and driven full-time Team Leader to help lead our customer service team and exceed all guest expectations, ensuring key business performance targets are met. The successful candidate will be a strong people leader who thrives on motivating and developing others to drive a high-performing culture, where shaping lasting memories is at the heart of everything we do. The Team Leader ensures effective delivery of the day-to-day operational needs, including: Team Development: Lead and develop team members to enhance performance, support the employee lifecycle, and foster a positive, goal-oriented culture with open communication. Operational Oversight: Consistently meet daily operational requirements, ensuring compliance with procedures and WHS regulations, while executing administrative tasks like rostering and payroll processing. Engagement and Marketing: Prioritise team engagement and collaboration, facilitate internal marketing initiatives to boost customer spend, and drive package uptake. Performance Improvement: Implement strategies for enhanced performance and resource management, while assisting the Operations Manager in driving growth aligned with operational goals. This position works on a rotating roster across Monday to Sunday between 9:00am - 11:00pm, and outside these hours where required. Requirements If you have experience leading and developing a strong, collaborative team and have a passion for working within the tourism/attractions industry, we'd love to hear from you! We're looking for: Demonstrated success achieved through strategic planning and effective culture development. Proficient in managing multiple events simultaneously, working under pressure, establishing priorities, and meeting stringent deadlines. Exceptional communication skills complemented by a proven ability to collaborate effectively as a team member. Innovative and creative thinker with a track record of developing unique solutions. Highly organised with advanced time management capabilities. Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with both internal stakeholders and external partners while identifying new opportunities.
