If you're passionate about leading with purpose and ensuring high standards in every project, this is the role for you!What You’ll Be Doing As our Team Leader – Modular, you'll be at the heart of managing and executing construction, installation, maintenance, and repair projects. You'll plan, allocate resources, and supervise a skilled team of Carpenters, Apprentices, and Trades Assistants, ensuring every job is delivered to the highest standards.Key Responsibilities Lead and manage project tasks via Jira to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. Train, develop, and inspire your team to excel in safety and production standards. Supervise construction activities, troubleshoot challenges, and adjust resources as needed. Collaborate with the Project Team Coordinator and Construction Manager to set priorities. Utilize systems like Pronto ERP and Microsoft Office for reporting and scheduling. Ensure WHS standards are always met, identifying and addressing workplace hazards. Work hands-on with tools when needed to support the team and meet project goals. You know how to balance getting your hands dirty with stepping back to see the bigger picture.Your Skills & Experience Relevant Trade/Engineering/Management qualifications with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. Strong leadership, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency with Pronto ERP, Microsoft Office, and Jira. Solid knowledge of construction methods, tools, and industry standards.
