Team Leader/ Principal Consultant (Newcastle) Help us build and grow a team of Occupational Rehab Consultants. As a leader, you’ll play a pivotal role in guiding and supporting our team members to achieve their full potential. You will have support from the NSW State Manager and multidisciplinary team, who have a focus on: People We put people first. Service You will be responsible for maintaining the company’s sterling reputation for high quality service delivery with discipline-specific assessments, consultancy services, injury prevention initiatives, and case management. Relationships Being a valued member of our Newcastle team, you will be expected to maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders through liaison with insurers, doctors, health professionals, and employers to drive positive return to work outcomes and support our relationship team.
