$100,000-$110,100 + Incentives + Parking + Laptop Team Leader - Property Management - Southbank A rare opportunity to join a fun, friendly and professional team in high-end Real Estate. When you walk into this office you are met with a bustling, friendly reception and a modern office fit-out beside a team willing and wanting to succeed in property management!Within this newly available role, you will NOT have your own portfolio; your duties will include purely overseeing & providing guidance to a small team of ~ 6+ staff with the day-to-day management of their portfolios.Using cloud-based systems and the latest tech, this is a rare opportunity in property management! These roles do not come up OFTEN!This is a Monday - Friday role, NO weekends rostered with parking provided! JOB DUTIES: Manage a team of 6+ staff, PM's and leasing consultants (team is already established) Report to Head of Department and General Manager on staff performance, portfolio KPI's, etc Assist and develop your staff into "senior" property managers, updating them on legislation, changes and being the "go to" support person in the office Work on challenging situations, assist VCAT prep and use your property management expertise for the benefit of the company and to enhance your skills! You will work Monday - Friday 9am to 5:30pm withNO weekends. WHATS ON OFFER: 1st year Salary of $100,000 - $110,000 Package + Bonuses & Commissions Flexible working arrangements and a non-micromanagement style of leadership, build trust and land a great job long term! Commissions & further incentives on offer THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE: Agents Rep Certificate or Cert IV in Property (required) or Full Real Estate licence (not required but good to have) Management and Property Management Experience (ideally managing a similar size team or thereabouts) Mandarin speaking advantageous, however NOT required!
