About the Role: Team Leader We’re on the lookout for an inspiring Team Leader to join our senior leadership team and support our amazing group of therapists. You’ll be a mix of clinician, leader, and project creator, guiding and empowering the team while working alongside them on programs that make a difference. Here’s What You’ll Do: Take on a blend of clinical work, team supervision, and project leadership. Partner with other team leaders to develop innovative services and enhance the Pen Plus experience. Support and guide the operational aspects of your team. Empower your team to build their passion areas, experience success, and build confidence. Lead and design professional development, tackle meaningful projects, and get creative with program development. Live our values, mission, and vision. Embrace challenges with a solution-focused mindset. What You’ll Need to Bring: A professional qualification in Psychology with current professional registration with AHPRA. Registration as a Board Approved Supervisor with Psychology Board of Australia is preferred, but not essential. The drive to support a thriving, collaborative team. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. A driver’s license. What’s in it for You?
