About The Role As the Team Leader of the Kalgoorlie-Boulder Youth Accommodation Service , you will bring strong leadership, vision, and passion to a team dedicated to supporting young people on their path to independence. You will mentor and guide a high-performing team of youth workers, ensuring the delivery of quality, client-centered crisis accommodation for young people aged 15-24 experiencing or at risk of homelessness. With a focus on innovation and best practice, you will oversee daily operations, drive service excellence, and create a supportive and collaborative team culture. Your leadership will ensure effective case management, clear communication systems, and continuous development, empowering both staff and young people to achieve positive outcomes. This is a permanent, full-time position paid in accordance with the SCHADS award, level 6.
