Join the team Team Managers at Kmart work within the Distribution Centre (DC) leadership team to deliver on key metrics while providing great service to stores (our customer) and leading their team on the floor. Start Times: Ranges between 9:30 AM and 11:30 AM, depending on volume. Finish Times: Vary between 6:00 PM and 9:00 PM. What you’ll be doing As a Team Manager in a Kmart DC you will: Build, coach and inspire your team. Forecast, plan, roster and prioritise daily work and resource requirements. Work with the leadership team to achieve targets and deliver results. Oversee safe and efficient management practices across the DC. To be successful in this role you’ll have: Passion for delivering results that will motivate your team. The ability to time manage and problem solve in a high volume environment. Safety leadership, having driven and championed safety initiatives in a high volume environment. The ability to foster strong relationships with team members, peers, customers, leaders, and business stakeholders. Administration experience including rostering and strategic planning.
