Job Description: Work closely with the Product Owner and SMEs to gather, validate and document business requirements. Partner with internal and external technical resources to deliver solutions with a pragmatic CX / UX mindset. Analyze relevant datasets using MSSQL or other tools. Facilitate discovery workshops to understand business needs before translating them into technical and functional requirements. Identify issues, risks, and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outline business impacts. Identify potential opportunities for improvement in delivery. Model business processes and identify opportunities for process improvements. Support business transition and help establish change and training roadmaps.
