Job Description
Responsibilities: Requirement Gathering & Documentation: Collaborate with senior stakeholders to elicit, document, and refine business requirements. Translate these requirements into comprehensive user stories and functional specifications. Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a liaison between business units, designers, and technical teams to ensure clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle. Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans, manage testing activities, and ensure all deliverables meet the required quality standards. Assist with testing, bug triage, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure quality standards are met by coordinating with development teams and stakeholders to address issues efficiently. Risk Management: Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and provide regular status updates to governance bodies. Log and track defects, working closely with developers and stakeholders to resolve issues. Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve technical issues that arise in production and development. This includes conducting root cause analysis and coordinating with relevant teams to implement effective solutions. Technical Expertise: 7 years experience in SQL (Oracle / MS), MS Office Suite – especially proficient in MS Excel, Azure DevOps, Unix / Linux. #J-18808-Ljbffr
