Technical Account Manager I Lubricants (Oil & Grease) Our client is a leading Australian-owned and operated national distributor of food-grade lubricants (oils and grease), specialising in providing lubrication solutions to the Food and Beverage manufacturing sector for over 30 years. With a strong national presence, they are now seeking a Technical Account Manager to service existing accounts within New South Wales. With over 50+ years in the lubrication industry, they are recognised as Australia’s leading specialists in food-grade lubricants. They provide a comprehensive range of lubricants, including oils, greases, and aerosols, tailored specifically for the food & beverage sector. OPPORTUNITY Due to growth, we're seeking an experienced Lubricant Advisor to continue working with a defined, major portfolio of industrial food processors and manufacturers. The objective of the role is client retention, advising clients across lubrication needs and maximising value for the company and client. Job duties include: Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities to expand product penetration. Conduct regular stock checks and provide accurate, timely quotes to customers. Deliver exceptional sales and technical support to clients, ensuring their needs are met. Continuously develop product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service expertise. Travel regionally to meet clients and support business development activities. Ideally, we'd like to see prior work experience consulting with similar clientele in the Food & Beverage sector; however, we would be open to anyone with strong knowledge of lubricants. You must have permanent working rights and have a full driver's license to be considered for this role.
