The Technical Administration Officer will support the Configuration and Data Management Team for the Jindalee Over the Horizon Network (JORN) platform. The successful candidate will be provided with significant on-the-job training to allow them to support the Configuration and Data Management Team with managing the Program's technical data, deliveries to/from the customer, document editing and publishing, and assisting with maintaining the integrity of the Jindalee Over the Horizon Network (JORN) platform. Once training is provided, key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Provide document control and data management support to overall program products and services. Standardise and edit documentation. Coordinate reviews of documentation. Deliver documents to external parties. Interact with document authors to ensure that data is generated according to schedule and requirements. Contribute to the administration of technical reviews and working groups. Progress change items through the review and configuration management process. Assist with coordination of problem identification, registering, and disposition. About you: This is an entry-level position and all required training for the role will be provided. The successful candidate must demonstrate that they have some experience in administration, records management, or document control. Experience in a technical or engineering environment is desirable, but it is not essential. To be successful in this role you will also have: Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Excellent attention to detail. Excellent communication skills. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite. Proficient user of Windows-based computer systems. Special Requirements: Applicants must be eligible to obtain and maintain an Australian Defence Security Clearance, and employment may be contingent on the provision of further personal information including citizenship to ensure compliance with international export control legislation and regulations.
