About the Role This is a maternity leave cover role until May 2026, that also involves monthly regional travel. We’re looking for a passionate, talented colourist to join us as a Technical Advisor / Educator, helping stylists in the Gold Coast and surrounding areas, to elevate their colour expertise. Responsibilities: Lead Inspiring Classes: Deliver engaging education courses at our Keune Academy and across digital channels. Technical Support and Portfolio Guidance: Provide expert advice to salons, offering colour insights and portfolio guidance. Foster Transformative Client Relationships: Build motivational and collaborative partnerships with salons. Drive Growth with New Accounts: Conduct live product demos and innovative colour showcases. Fuel Sales through Education: Encourage sales growth through engaging teaching and product knowledge. Champion Brand Initiatives: Work on special projects that build brand loyalty and awareness. What Will Make Us Sit Up and Take Notice? We're searching for a true passionate, skilled colour expert who is ready to inspire others. Here’s what we’d love to see: Colour Pro with Salon Experience: A qualified hairdresser with strong salon-floor experience in colour. Technical Knowledge (and Passion!): Deep understanding of colour and a track record of using it effectively. Confident Teacher & Problem-Solver: Natural at explaining ideas and handling challenges. Exceptional Communicator: Strong communication skills in group presentations and one-on-one coaching. Self-Motivated: Proactive and works well independently.
