Technical Artist Department: Game Development Employment Type: Full Time Location: Sydney, Australia Reporting To: Creative Director Description Everi is currently seeking a talented Technical Artist to join our fantastic studio in Australia. You will get a chance to be part of our studio creating exciting player experiences for Everi games! About the Role Collaborate with other technical artists, artists, game designers, and engineers, implementing art assets and in-engine realtime effects. Serve as a liaison between art and engineering teams and facilitate seamless asset integration, and champion optimal performance and efficiency in the game's final visual asset. Resolve art-related bugs or hitches that arise during production. Articulate concepts relating to tools and pipelines with team members of varying disciplines. Review creative process and identify efficiency improvements and new technology integrations and apply industry knowledge and best practice ideas. About You Associate’s degree required; Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Arts or similar or combination of education and work experience. 5+ years of related job experience. 3+ years of experience in product development with shipped titles. Experience with version control software. Advanced experience with Adobe Creative Cloud. Advanced experience with Unity. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Technical background in developing scripts, actions, and other automation tools necessary for art implementation and optimization. Perks Hybrid work arrangement.
