Job Description
We’re looking for a Senior BA to join our client's team and drive imperative technology solutions in the financial services sector. What You’ll Do Work closely with stakeholders, process owners, and technical teams to gather, analyse, and document business and system requirements. Translate business needs into clear epics, features, and stories for agile delivery teams. Support credit risk model/application implementations (IFRS9, Basel, APS221, APS220, APS330, etc.). Utilise your SAS or SQL expertise for data analysis and reporting. Collaborate with developers, architects, and testers to ensure successful project outcomes. Leverage Agile and Waterfall methodologies to deliver projects in a structured and efficient manner. Present insights, influence decision-making, and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. What We’re Looking For 10+ years experience as a Technical Business Analyst in IT consulting or technology business units. Strong communication skills – ability to explain complex issues in simple terms. 3+ years of Credit Risk experience with a deep understanding of credit risk principles. 5-10+ years BA experience with a track record of delivering large-scale projects. 2-3+ years of daily hands-on experience with SAS or SQL in a professional setting. Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence. Experience working on data-driven projects, migrations, or credit risk model implementations (Nice to Have). Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, and modern data platforms. Familiarity with SDLC, containerisation, virtualisation, and infrastructure concepts. A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
