Technical Business Analyst - Large Financial Services Institution (Onsite via FinXL) Sydney or Melbourne | Work onsite at a leading financial institution | Until End of 2025 FinXL is seeking Technical Business Analysts with strong UAT and business acceptance experience to work on a major transformation project at a top financial institution . You'll engage with stakeholders, validate system functionality, manage business acceptance, and drive testing execution across teams. Key Responsibilities: Engage with business, technology, and risk stakeholders to define requirements.Manage UAT and business acceptance testing (BAT) to ensure system readiness.Develop and execute test cases , track defects, and drive resolution.Analyse datasets and support process improvements. What We're Looking For: Experience as a Technical Business Analyst in financial services .Strong UAT testing and business acceptance management experience.Advanced Excel (including Macros) and data analysis skills .Excellent stakeholder management and communication .
