Job Description

Technical Business Analyst with SIAM/ITSM and/or CRM Case Management - Baseline Security Clearance - Sydney/Canberra/Adelaide SIAM/ITSM – Experience with the development of a Service Integration and Management capability and/or experience with IT Service Management requirements development and delivery, with a focus on Incident, Change, Problem, Knowledge, Availability, Security and Release Management. UML/SysML/Archimate and/or BPMN modelling with Level 0 – Context Diagrams, Level 1 –3 Diagrams development. CRM Case Management Specialist – Experience with requirements development for case management, including case creation, ongoing case development, and archiving. Demonstrated experience as Business Analyst working closely with business stakeholders and delivery teams in complex program environments. Experience in agile and hybrid delivery model. Excellent communication and facilitation skills, including ability to facilitate discussions and workshops to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders. Excellent written communication skills, including ability to document clear requirements and other documentation, including clear diagrams. Experience working in complex agile environments, with an ability to adapt to changes in project direction and stakeholder expectations. Experience in developing data-driven solutions to inform business strategy and decision-making. Australian Citizen with Baseline Security Clearance.
