Job Description

Cognizant is seeking a Technical Delivery Lead with experience or knowledge in DataBricks. In this role, you will ensure the smooth running of client engagements and keep our engineering teams focused on client outcomes. You will also run cross-functional blended teams using the latest delivery methodologies. You'll be passionate about the technologies we work with and excellent at rapport-building and managing senior stakeholders. In this role you will be responsible for: Overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that support business goals. Implementing and managing project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs. Monitoring project progress and making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion. Ensuring resource availability and allocation, coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution of projects. Developing and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports. Identifying and mitigating potential risks and devising contingency plans. Fostering a positive team environment and supporting team members in achieving project goals.
