12+12 Month Federal Government Contract Deakin, Canberra or Melbourne, Richmond - Hybrid AGSVA Baseline clearance required Our Federal Client, focused on assisting Australians living with disabilities, is looking for a Senior Technical Delivery Manager / Release Train Engineer to help guide the agency through its next phase of IT delivery. Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate success in a similar position and have 8-10 years' experience in delivery management. Specific experience in Salesforce, MuleSoft, and cloud adoption/migration will be highly regarded for this role. Key duties and responsibilities Define with Director project scope, requirements, and acceptance criteria. Responsible for the development of the project schedules and maintenance of the OCIO plan. Responsible for delivery of all technical components of the project solution including system architecture, cyber and security, and other aspects of technology delivery for which OCIO is responsible. Work collaboratively with Business PMs to identify risks, issues, escalations, and maintain log. Work closely with Scrum Masters, staying abreast of status of the day-to-day delivery of the core technology solution being developed and tested. Selection Criteria Proven experience 8 to 10 years in establishing and managing the delivery of technical ICT system delivery projects, including digital cloud-based solutions. Recent experience in, and strong knowledge of, contemporary project management and governance frameworks and methodologies. Project Management in Federal or State Government environments. Relevant tertiary qualifications and an industry recognised qualification in project management, such as Diploma of Project Management; or SAFe Agile.
