Concentrix Catalyst is seeking a motivated Technical Lead to join our dynamic team, where you will collaborate across cross-functional teams to deliver bespoke applications for a wide range of high-profile clients, including leaders in Travel, FinTech, FMCG, Retail, Agriculture, Government, Logistics, Utilities, and Education. Description Technical Leads are an essential part of the engineering team. They provide both day-to-day oversight of the projects to which they are assigned and assist the ASEAN Engineering Director / Engineering Manager in the management and maintenance of the local engineering team. They stay abreast of the latest processes, designs, and tools of their chosen tech stacks while maintaining a higher-level view of the project and its technical goals. Technical Leads at Concentrix Catalyst are expected to lead teams of software engineers in the research, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance of software that supports Concentrix Catalyst's business goals. They must demonstrate good leadership and communication skills, be able to problem-solve, be self-motivated, and able to motivate other team members. Technical Leads must communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely to a wide variety of people of varying technical ability and knowledge including clients, other development team members, project managers, sales staff, senior managers, and suppliers. Key Responsibilities Technical Delivery Be the principal technical contact for complex .NET/AWS projects, including: Define and strategize the technical solution with your team, flowing into implementation and execution. Be the face of the business and technical leadership during sprint planning and showcase meetings. Collaborate with project team members to deliver features and enhancements while seeking opportunities to add value. Manage and own deployments and early life support within the project scope. Join a team that values code quality and professionalism. Drive standards and ensure adoption and adherence by team members. Liaise with client SMEs and 3rd party vendors as project needs dictate. Line and Team Management Directly manage engineers (up to Sr level) including: Regular 1-1 catch-ups, training requests, etc. Solicit and collate regular 360 feedback from colleagues. Provide performance feedback to Technical Director. Participate in local engineering planning meetings with ANZ Engineering Director / Engineering Manager, other Technical Leads, and Principal Engineers. Commercial Contribute to technical pre-sales, including: Qualifying commercial opportunities from a technical point of view. Providing estimations and sizing with a commercial lens. Providing technical subject matter expertise during sales calls and meetings. Technical leads are expected to act as Senior Engineers as required on their assigned projects: Support application development efforts through the development and maintenance of tools, scripts, or ancillary project infrastructure. Contribute to the software design processes including participating in whiteboard sessions, prototyping, and spikes. Quickly understand software designs and architectures for technical projects. Accomplished in .Net and .NET Core development. Commercial experience with cloud services such as AWS. Experience working with Microservices and SOA. Experience in a cross-functional, agile development environment. Certification - Highly Desirable AWS Certified Solution Architect - Professional. AWS Certified Developer - Associate.
